Representing Some of Chattanooga’s Best Places to Work
It was just last month that we were celebrating our clients who won Small Business of the Year Awards at the Chattanooga Chamber’s annual Small Business Awards ceremony, and we’re thrilled to be celebrating a big batch of wins once again (as well as our own fourth birthday!).
This weekend, Edge Magazine by the Chattanooga Times Free Press announced its Best Places to Work lineup, and while we’re cheering for every single business in that list, we’re particularly proud of the five we represent: Text Request (who is bringing home this recognition for the third year in a row), Market Street Partners and Cempa Community Care (who each won Small Business Awards last month), InfoSystems, and Xpress Global Systems.
According to Edge, a whopping 75% of the scoring criteria for Best Places to Work is based on anonymous answers to employee surveys. This means that these businesses earned spots on the list not because they say they’re a great employer, but because their team members say they are. That’s a pretty incredible accomplishment.
As David mentioned in the post we made last month about our Small Business Award winners and finalists, it was and remains our primary goal to support people and organizations we believe in and who contribute to the greater good of the communities we serve. While we’ve known all along that these businesses are in careful alignment with that goal, we couldn’t be prouder of them for earning this public affirmation of their good work.
Thanks for all that each of you do to create stellar working environments that impact the world around you positively. We’re always rooting for you.
